RingBack Text is a missed-call text-back service for home-service businesses, developed by DigiTera. This policy explains what this website collects, what it does not collect, and how to reach us.

1. Information this website collects

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they view. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. It records only aggregated, anonymous usage measurements, such as page views, the country or region of a visit, and the type of device used.

We do not run accounts, logins, or a newsletter on this site, so we do not ask you for a name, email address, or password anywhere on this website.

2. The interactive demo

The demo on our homepage lets you try a missed-call text-back. Anything you type into the demo — such as a business name — stays in your own browser while the page is open. It is not sent to our servers, stored, or shared with anyone. Closing or reloading the page clears it.

3. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. If we add advertising in the future, such as Google AdSense, that provider may set cookies to serve and measure ads, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

4. Third-party services

Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser loads those fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information, as it does for any website using Google Fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy. This site also links out to third-party websites, including Twilio and the U.S. Federal Communications Commission; those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

5. How we use information

Anonymous analytics are used only to improve this website — for example, to see which guides visitors find useful and whether the demo is working. We do not sell, rent, or share visitor information with anyone.

6. Children's privacy

This website is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your choices

You can block analytics by using your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker; the site will still work. You can also clear your browser data at any time to remove anything stored locally by the demo.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
